Video Membership Changes in July

There will be some changes to the content offered from 1st July 2025, as well as some overall website improvements. Please read on to find out more!

The structure of the three membership tiers will not be changing - so if you are currently subscribed to one of them, your membership will continue as normal.

The content available to 🟡LITE and 🔴ULTIMATE members will not be changing, either. You may find your content in a different place on the website (as explained below), but you'll keep exactly the same benefits as you have now.

Those of you on 🟠STANDARD may notice some differences to your content!

Here's a look at how the content will be organised from July 2025.

🟡🟠🔴 All 3 tiers will continue to have access to the latest main video when released each week.

This will continue to be released each Wednesday, as it has been since launch last June.

There's always plenty of fresh content to come - including exciting new formats UNCHAINED and THE SELECTOR this summer!

🟠STANDARD & 🔴ULTIMATE video members will be able to see all content - main and bonus videos - released on the website during the previous 12 months.

This means that 🟠STANDARD members will gain access for the first time to ALL the available bonus single-camera footage that accompanies each main video, from the previous year!

In terms of the website, individual content pages will be simplified with just one video player being required.

SO WHAT ABOUT CONTENT THAT IS MORE THAN 12 MONTHS OLD?

🔴ULTIMATE video members will have exclusive access to a new section called the Ultimate Archive.

The earliest Solitary Sixty content will be gradually archived each month - those on the top tier can continue to watch these videos and will still include the main videos alongside bonus content.

🔴ULTIMATE video members will also continue to have Early Access to all the content for next week - a week before video members on other tiers!

On the website, Early Access content will be moved to its own page but will be clearly labelled for you to find in the menu and on the video page.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

When will the changes be taking place?

Changes to the website will begin to take place throughout June, including where video content is accessed, but any changes will be clearly labelled.

For 🟡LITE and 🔴ULTIMATE members, there will not be any changes to the content that you have access to whatsoever.

If you are a 🟠STANDARD member, there won't be any changes to the content that you have access to until July 2025, when the earliest website content will begin to move into the Ultimate Archive. To watch content in the archive, you will need an 🔴ULTIMATE membership.

How often will content be archived?

At the beginning of each month, content from 13 months beforehand will be archived.

So at the beginning of July 2025, content that was released during June 2024 will be archived.

This will be Inmate A-01 and Inmate T-01 playing JAILBREAK.

At the start of August 2025, content from July 2024 will be archived.

That's Inmates H-01, M-01 and L-01 playing JAILBREAK.

Then at the start of September 2025, content from August 2024 will be archived.

This includes Inmates M-02 and V-01 playing DOING TIME.

...And so on!

This means that all content from at least the previous 12 months will always be available in the Standard Selection. Content that is soon to be moved into the archive will also be clearly labelled.

Why are these changes being made?

Hosting video content is becoming more expensive. That is especially true with Solitary Sixty where it is common to upload over 5 hours of content in a single week!

After a year of weekly updates, there is already around 300 hours of high definition video content stored for viewers to enjoy.

There were 3 choices with how to deal with escalating video hosting costs:

1. Raise prices for all video members

2. Remove older content to make room for new content

3. Keep the older content available for members on the highest membership tier

Hopefully you'll agree that option 3 is the fairest option to all, negating the need to raise prices or remove older content!

I'm on 🟠STANDARD - do I need to do anything as a result of the changes?

If you are happy on your membership tier, you do not need to do anything. Your membership will continue monthly until cancelled.

How can I see what membership tier I am currently on and make changes?

You can always view and manage your current membership level on the MEMBERSHIP page when you are signed into the website. This can be accessed via the user menu.

If you'd like to upgrade to 🔴ULTIMATE membership, please purchase your new membership using the same login then send a quick message via the website message system (that's the orange circle in the bottom right corner) to let me know that you have upgraded.

I will then arrange a refund for any unused days from your old membership. This is a manual process, so please allow me time to initiate the refund!

Just head to the JOIN page on the website and choose your tier.
