Inmate J-02 is another prisoner who is visibly - and verbally! - annoyed by his next incarceration. (With some very strong language... Don't say I didn't warn you!)
A chain dangles from the top of the cell, to which his handcuffs and leg irons are secured. A simple yet very effective punishment as our prisoner struggles to get comfortable and is forced to stand for his hour of punishment.
